Hey all, Maybe someone out there can help me on this matter. I have a 2002 Acura RL 3.5l. I was on a short trip here about a month ago and while driving down the interstate is was like my car went Neutral and then back to drive. I pulled it off the road and notice that when i tried to go it was making the grinding noise. I managed to limp it to the next exit and got someone to come and get it. Car goes in gear fine. Reverse and Drive. But, when you give it some gas and the wheel go to turn it make the grinding noise. I haven't drove it reside moving it in the yard.I do not believe that it is all wheel drive. I'm thinking it may be front differential.
