Where is the location of the canister purge valve on a 2000 RL and does it go by any other names like "shut valve", "two way valve", "vent valve", etc.?

Also, if you know the answer to that question, then you will know how to tell me to remove the plastic rivets from the cowlings that cover the area I believe must contain the canister.

just do a quick search on google, I just did, plety of images on location of that part, under the car, under the hvac system location.
