1999 RL CD Changer Jammed

In the last year my 1999 RL CD Changer has jammed 3 times. Does anyone have information or directions on how to fix this problem? Thanks

does the magazine get stuck when trying to tak it out, or are the cd's getting stuck in the changer when flipping thru the cd's?

Jammed CD

The CDs are getting jammed in the changer when it is flipping through the CDs.

Mine is stuck when trying to eject the magazine. Any ideas? Great looking forum by the way.
