01 acura 3.5rl no spark

I have a 01 acura 3.5 RL and I am getting no spark!?!?!? I have replaced cam sensor and ignitors and no luck! And advice would be awesome thanks in advance

Are all 6 coils not sparking? Bad ignitor module if that's the case?
