when to replace spark plugs

My '07 RDX is at 97,000 miles, I've had it for 2 years and I have no idea when or if the sparks plugs have been replaced at all. Owner's manual states that the computer will indicate when it's time to replace them....

How often should they be replaced?

i believe the service is at 105k miles.

you can change them earlier, if you would like.
or you can change them later, if you would like.

Did you find the following thread when searching? the comment in the thread is that the plugs were changed at 80K, were somewhat worn, but could have gone 100K miles.
