What oil to use @ 110,000 miles
I want to know what oil do you recommend i should use for my 2008 RDX with 110,000. What is a good brand to use too or should i just stick with the Mobil 1 5W30?? Any help is appreciated. Thanks

agreed.
just keep using the same stuff youve been using.
its not like all of a sudden at 110k miles, there's going to be a magic pill or oil that's magically gonna make your car different or better.
youve been using the stuff for a long time. it hasnt hurt your car.
no reason to change just because you reached some mythical mileage number

I use Mobil 1 5w-30 for my 08 RDX (+118,000 miles) and my 06 TSX (+117,000 miles). I don't have to add any oil to either vehicles between the 4500-5000 mile oil change intervals. I did try the High mileage +75,000 miles Mobil 1 oil and the extended 15,000 mile Mobil 1 once or twice; but, I determined it was just a waste of money since regular Mobil 1 meets and/or exceeds the engine requirements.

110k may seem like high miles, but for a Honda engine, it's just hitting it's stride (assuming it's been maintained).
I use high mileage oil in my '65 Chevy pickup. The engine was rebuilt about 30 years ago, and while it hasn't done many miles since then, some seals seep just a tad (due to age). Crastrol GTX high mileage has pretty much fixed that.
I also run it in my girlfriend's car (Pontiac G5 with about 140k) because you can see heavy deposits when looking in the oil fill hole.
Just the other day I showed her the difference between our engines. I had her look in hers, then in my RDX. The difference in cleanliness is staggering (even though the RDX has more miles).

So i guess i will just keep using the same mobil 1 5W30. But I thought that when the engine gets high mileage, you have to change the viscosity grade?

That logic dates back to 3000 mile oil changes and 10000 mile spark plug changes. 100k miles is simply not the milestone that it used to be back in the day. You're good to go.
