VSA, SH-AWD, and Emission System

I have purchased a brand new 2010 RDX tech package when it came out, and I have loved it so far. Went everywhere with it, and I now have 190,000 miles on it.
Yesterday, coming home from work, I realized that something was off about my car. At the beginning of my 30-mile one-way commute, I felt my car rattling when I tried to accelerate past 60mph. After about 10 miles down the freeway, the following lights came on my dashboard. VSA, Check Engine, and SH-AWD. The message on my nav system says check emission system.

I have managed to make it doing 55 MPH all the way to my local Acura dealer, and just dropped it off because it was past their service hours.

I tried reading multiple message boards about this problem, and I understand all problems have different circumstances, but what causes these problems and what can I do to get this fixed instead of just leaving it in the hands of my dealership?

Thank you guys.

it comes down to trouble shooting to find that exact cause.
as it can be anything.
the first thing to start with is the battery...a bad battery can throw multiple lights on the dash, as these newer cars are laden with technology.

Thank you for the reply.
I took your advice and replaced the battery. I started the car 5 minutes after and the problem persists.
Now I should take it to my mechanic then, right?
I just wanna make sure there is no other trick I can apply before I go see him.

I dont think replacing the battery was the smart move...
I had meant checking it and making sure it's up to snuff.

the next step is to go to an auto parts store and get the codes pulled from the Check Engine light.
