Vinyl Tearing from Driver Side Seat
Talk about a poor decision I cant believe acura uses vinyl for the side of the seats. just finished redoing the center console leather...but have no clue where to start with this. any solutions?

Null and proud of it
Mine is fine as of right now. My perforations have torn on the passenger seat, but the vinyl is fine.
The drivers door armrest is wrinkled pretty badly, and the replacement console armrest I had put in at the dealer a week after buying my RDX has began to shown signs of the foam collapsing. Was $697 and has been installed for just under 3 years now.
I see so many 2G TSX's and 4G TL's do as your RDX is doing in that picture. It may be the only interior flaw I can think of.
This isn't super common on the RDX and it's funny how that area would wear first.

I replaced all the armrests and the center console. The tech packagers Milano perfolated leather is fake it’s all cheap viynl garbage. Then they charge so much to replace it.
Here’s the link to replace just the top of the left front seat it’s $800 it has an airbag in the side of it.
Mad 😡 expensive garbage 🗑 ACURA leather seat 💺 cover click here!
Left Front Seat 💺!

Depending on the size of the piece and how hard it is to access it all, I'd imaging an upholstery shop would charge 150-300 to replace. By reference I had my console replaced with leather for $100, and both door arm rests replaced with high-quality vinyl (much better than OEM) for about $250. If you're picky about appearance and plan to keep the car a while (or re-sell), it may be worth getting the fix done. But functionally it won't impact anything.

FYI - I have already replaced the center armrest and the 2 passenger armrests in the doors. I bought the covers on Ebay and then had an upholstery
person cover it. I disassembled the door, so easy, and took off the center console.
