Thanks. It might have been dealer end of the month pressure, but the vehicle was actually trucked from VA up to MD. I put out internet inquiries to 5-6 dealers, made a few calls, then sent out "firm" offer one dealer at a time saying I was prepared to purchase the vehicle that night. The first dealer didn't make the deal; the second dealer did...

When I went in to sign the paperwork, they said they had made a mistake on their quote but agreed to honor the price. Not sure they'll be quoting this same price with the upgraded wheels & options, any time soon.
