I added the front underbody spoiler and the rear diffuser. This is my first Acura and my first new car since 2000 and I love my ride!! I am new and not very technical, so please be patient. I test drove a RDX with Tech today and fell in love. So, I am in the negotiating phase. What is a good price to pay considering that 2009's will be out in 2 months? What can I get the dealer to throw in - I'm in Albuquerque, NM and there is only one dealer here? AND is lease a better option considering the incentives? AND what is a good color, I am very curious about the Carbon Bronx but haven't seen it.

Finally sealed the deal on my Bronze Pearl with Taupe interior, Tech, today, end of the month. MSP was $37,675 (included the pin stripe) and walked away with it for $33,000 plus TTL. Dealer will tint windows, and it has mud flaps. I love it and am happy with the deal. Now just need to learn the basics before I get too complicated.

Thanks to this discussion group, I was very prepared when I went in. Although they were very nice and easy to deal with, they are there to make a buck and I don't think they would have "bent" quite so much if I hadn't known my stuff.

Oh and for those of you out of state but with relatives in New Mexico, we don't have a sales tax on vehicles here but just a 3% excise tax. So the way they explained it to my brother from San Diego, he could buy it here and either get it shipped to him in San Diego or drive it over, register it here and when he changes the resistration to CA, he's already paid the new car taxes. Glad to hear there are some benefits in the southwest.
