What? Please say it ain't so.

I'm gonna go on Monday. I'll be very disappointed if it's not there.

I went to Toronto's Autoshow last month and Acura didn't bring the RD-X to Toronto either. Made me wondering what's actually going on.

Perhaps there has been some sort of delay??

It wasn't at the Minneapolis Auto Show either. They were spotlighting the RL there. I guess the concept was only ready for the NAIAS and the like and all the piddly little auto shows will just have to wait until next year.

They know absolutely nothing. Their job is to just hand out brochures from behind the counter for anyone looking for more information on production models.

I love that concept. I wonder what engine they'll put in the production version. The I-4 from the TSX, perhaps?

NY Trade Show

One of the salesman at the trade show said they really do not know much. For example, Acura has not yet made a decision on what engine to put in the RDX. It could the the 200 hp 4 from the RSX, or a V6 - perhaps the 3.0 liter engine in the Honda Accord EX V6 with 240 hp. The problem is the engine bay he thinks - there is not enough room for more.

He said this is all guessing and he really could not say more.

I just hope the production model has the same wheels. They give the car a beefier look. Otherwise, it resembles a tall wagon, IMO.
