One thing that I noticed was that the moonroof of the RDX appeared to be just another regular moonroof, as opposed to that fantastic and futuristic moonroof that we saw on the concept vehicle..... hmm...... also, the vehicle appeared to be very "square", but then it's heavily camouflaged too, so who knows....

Not sure at all that this is even the RDX. Camo is hiding most of the details which would identify it. Exactly how did Brenda Priddy's crew ID the truck.
On another site someone questioned the overall shape (again as too boxy) comparing the two as below:
Notice they seem to have VERY different profiles which led me to speculate could we be looking at an early prototype CRV? - it's not due for a year+ but since it will be developed on the same platform as the RDX why not experiment/test both now?
Maybe, it would explain the deviation from the RDX concept and it is heavily disguised and traveling with a Honda Pilot???

Yeah? Check out the A piller(right side)! Looks identical to me.
Mmmmm.......early prototype CRV? Never thought about that one!
P.S. It looks like it got turn signals on the mirrors too.

Honestly, to me, the lines (A pillar, roofline, moonroof, I guess that's all you can really see) look more like the current CRV than the RDX prototype. We'll see what it looks like when the camo comes off, I guess.

New photos of the RDX 9/16/05
vtec.net has an update on previous spy photos of the RDX and possible the MDX or CRV.
What you can see is consistant with the concept RDX.

RDX Prototype??
I hope Acura decides to go with the RDX prototype (Check out the pic in Acura's 20th anniversary magazine in your mailbox).. Sliver looks great with the oversized wheels (anrth) and red brakes capliers.
If they decided on that design, I will be first in line @ the dealer.
Check it out and post your comments.
