Group Buys for RDX?

Group Buys for RDX?
So I realize I am probably the only one on this forum without a Flashpro, CPE CAI, new intercooler, etc., but am I alone, or is anyone else looking to buy these possibly with some sort of group buy discount? For example, I saw that when the IC came out, it was being offered at $595, now if seems to be $800 if purchased alone. Don't know if such a discount was offered on the Flashpro either, but just looking to see if such deals exist, existed, etc. Thanks all!

It seems that mods for the RDX act the opposite of Apple products when first offered. I'll just have to buy them the old fashioned way, negotiate and check the black market for used items that come up every once in a while. Nice cat video Justnspace!

I'm with you. I'd love to do the Reflash, intake, downpipe, and exhaust......but can't validate the $$ on my daily driver (especially with two "toys" in the garage).
I think I'll just Reflash and call it done.

Same here, going to start with reflash. Just waiting for warranty to end, though enough people have said don't worry about warranty coverage for mods, I would rather be safe. Don't want to spend $K's in mods on a depreciating vehicle. Though, like reading about what I could do. Look up a Black Pearl RDX mod on Google. Goes through all the mods I think I would only possibly entertain.

Yes that is a great article and does have some of the best bolt on's!

They're not depreciating quite as fast nowadays, most of the depreciation was already eaten up. Besides, what's wrong with an awesome driving daily?
Based on my experience so far, I'd start with just downpipe and flashpro.

I thought downpipe caused problems with engine codes and such. Was going to go Flashpro and CAI cause they seemed easy enough. Maybe new IC at a certain point. That would put me at $1800 of mods with me installing everything (using this forum). Just need to weigh the cost versus benefits I would see. Not my daily driver so that is why I hesitate, plus still under CPO warranty.

Downpipe is seriously...the way to go. BTW, just make sure the O2 sensor gets installed properly, exactly according to the instructions.
Mine hasn't thrown a light, and according to my flashpro, the readiness monitors are A-OK.

But, that's just my opinion.
If you want to get just one thing, I think there's a good base map for flashpro + cpe intake loaded right into the thing. If you're doing that, I'd probably not even bother with the intercooler. Just get Vit to tune you, if you're getting flashpro. If getting /only/ one thing at all, just the CP-E intake I suppose.
