Fluctuations in Coolant temperature

My coolant temp fluctuates up and down. What is the cause? Someone help

Perhaps bad thermostat?
Perhaps bad head gasket?
Perhaps clogged radiator?
Perhaps leaking radiator?
Perhaps bad water pump!?

What is the temperature it fluctuates between? I'm having a similar issue.
