Brake pad question?

I had EBC red stuff with some EBAY slotted rotors. At the beginning, it was a very good set up, in the long run it was very bad. The ebay rotors ended messing up the pads, and a shop recommended Akebono Pads with some StopTech blank rotors.
The Akebono and StopTech were very combination. Better stopping distance, no noise and low dust.

I got cross-drilled rotors from PrimeAuto , for both front and back, and used Acura pads. Works well.
