B1 Service Minder after 3000 miles?
Last year, at 27000 miles I was majorly screwed by Crown Acura in Clearwater, FL and I will never return to them for service. Now, mileage is 30,267.
What is supposed to be done under B1 Service? The car is used regularly but only for local/short trips. But I wouldn't describe myself as a "gentle" driver. Of course, I want to keep my car serviced properly, I'm just fraud shy!
Further, I just had my synthetic oil replaced last week, but they didn't reset the oil maintenance minder. Last year, I easily reset it myself, but I forget what to do! Anyone have the instructions?
Thanks and best to all!

How to reset Oil Life reminder.
More research and I found the instructions on resetting oil reminder:

That's exactly what helped me last year, and it took a fraction of a minute to do. Thanks again to Charles.
But please help me out and let me know what services I need to do 7-8000 miles after certifying with CPO that come up with a B1 reminder.
Thanks all.

It is done through the MID and the MID control buttons.
Assuming the ignition is on,
Press the Select/Reset knob repeatedly until the engine oil life is displayed.
Press and hold the Select/Reset knob for about 10 seconds. The engine oil life and the maintenance item code(s) will blink.
Press the Select/Reset knob for another 5 seconds. The maintenance item code(s) will disappear, and the engine oil life will reset to ‘‘100.’’

OMG, I think I couldn't find it when I posted this last month. And I see my titles are almost the same although a year apart! Sheesh. I must have brain spasms sometimes!
Thanks Jock!
