Planning on buying an NSX late next year
Hey everyone what's up? I have been a long time fan of the NSX since Gran Turismo on Playstation. Been a big fan of the pop up lights. I know they were started in 91 and changed it to a 6 speed in 95 along with giving it a standard targa top. Can anyone chime in and let me know what I should know about when it comes to buying an NSX 90s?

Correcting your facts...The 6-speed did not come out until 97 with the 3.2l engine. Get on NSXPrime's wiki page it has a lot of info on purchasing a NSX. If you get a 91 - 92 check the Transmission serial number to ensure it is not in snap ring. If it is make sure it was fixed with documentation to prove it. Ensure it is up to date on maintenance. If there is no proof that it is, plan on setting aside some extra cash to get the car up to date. The big thing is the timing belt and water pump. Other than that check the same things you would with any other car. Its a honda don't be scared of high mileage cars.
