My Imola Orange NSX (Progress Thread) *HIGH RES PICS*

Looks amazing. The photographs obviously are professional quality. May I ask what camera/lense(s) you are using?

I just realized I can get in line and buy the wheels you no longer want since you go through wheels like I change cars! haha
You are a brave man to take the NSX to the track, mine will never see the track

I didn't realize you've had this car for this long. Wow. Kudos. I would have kept the RS wheels though, wow, they look so smokin' on it. But your latest ones are fantastic as well, pure beauty.

I absolutely LOVE the RG's when you have a BBK/bigger calipers...the RS takes away from the bigger calipers IMO....none the less, both rims looks fantastic...along with the new Volk G25/ZE40/CE28N's, the Advan RS and RG have been on the top of my list!

2016 Updated... I went back to the OEM wing and put away my J's racing in storage. I'll take some pics when it gets nice outside.
Couple more updates-
I picked up a used OEM HU and sent to Willman's for an upgrade. In case you are not familiar with the company, they essentially change out the guts of your HU and replace it with a modern Clarion with blue tooth, USB, etc. etc.... While at the same time, making the HU look "Factory."
Also, I picked up this Tommy Kaira shift knob finally made in Honda/Acura pitch. This was one of my fav shift knobs when I owned a Nissan 350z, very excited about this.

OK, you copied me on the radio, so I copied you on the shift knob.
I bought shifter with a blue turtle--doesn't go with my interior, but blue is my favorite color. Can't wait to receive it. Looks like a work of art.

You swapped out the guts to the radio. Worth it? I have been trying to source out an old radio to have this done. I still want to keep my OEM radio. Actually I keep all my OEM parts...though I think the wife is going to divorce me if the section in our storage room keeps growing.

Worth it? IMHO, yes. In my case, I was lucky enouch to find a broken OEM NSX radio for $80 and I had that converted. I've still got my stock radio.
You have to consider that if you go with a double-din radio/nav/whatever, you have to source a center console, cut a hole in it (if it doesn't come that way), then the aftermarket system, and unless you count your pennies closely, you are close to the same cost for a decent system as the Willman's upgrade. The primary disadvantage is that you lose your 6-disc changer's function. In my case, I haven't played music from a CD in over ten years, so no big loss.
I do acknowledge that if you get a GROM unit for $130-150 and add the Bluetooth dongle ($130), you get much, but not all, of the same functionality as this upgrade. However, you have to look on your iPhone/Android phone/whatever for your music. With the Willman's upgrade, you can see your music selection on the radio itself.

+1. I wanted an OEM look and just use my phone without all the extra fuss/etc.

Some quick updates.. I mentioned I was looking at picking up a Backyard Special Spoiler... installed it, but wasn't too happy with the CF finish. It's currently at a body shop getting re-finished.
