ZEX nitrous group buy $435
Are there three more people interested in getting a brand new ZEX nitrious kit at $435? The "List Price" is $595 so this looks like a pretty good deal. The kit includes everything.
http://www.zex.com/store/merchant.mv...tegory_Code=NX
If you are interested, I'm getting this order together before this weekend. Payment can either be via VISA or MC, or PayPal.
You can e-mail me at: talberti@execpc.com
Thanks,
Thomas

The price is not that great. You can usually find new kits on ebay for around $400.00. If you don't mind buying a used kit there tons of them for sale at honda-tech.com or thepartstrader.com and they are all in the $300's price range. I personally picked up my kit over a year ago for $385 shipped.
I'm considering selling my kit, so I can buy a NX wet kit so I can shot a 150 shot or so on my h22. There’s no way you can shoot such a big shot on a dry kit like the zex kit, so I might be graduating to a wet kit. Feel free to make offers if anyone is interested.

That is a good price.
With all due respect, $435 *is* a good price. Go to www.ebay.com and do a search for "ZEX" and look for yourself. There are no buy-it-now auctions for under about $455 or $460, and if you look at the completed auctions you will see that kits usually end at $450 or more (plus you have to wait for the auction to end).
$435 for a new kit, from an authorized dealer, *is* a good deal.

dcsquirm88 is right about the price for used kits
don't buy zex!!
buy NX, it's much better and you can have a dual stage setup
the only people that will tell you zex is better than NX is zex themselves

Don't get me wrong ZEX kit is a great kit and I've never had a single problem using the kit, even after a whole year of use. By far it has to be the easiest kit on the market to install and one of the best nitrous starter kits. The 75 shot I have on the car right makes a huge difference and I would of never made is into the 14's without it in my automatic 2.3.
Thomasio don't get me wrong the price you are asking is more than reasonable but I'm just saying that it can be bought for cheaper.
I would recomend the kit to anyone on this board. Again the only downside of the kit is that it is a dry kit. Since it is a dry kit it would not be safe to use a shot larger than 100. Since the nitrous is going in through your intake if the shot is too big it won't be evenly distrubted in all 4 or 6 cylinders (depending on your CL), which would cause detonation.
With a wet kit your nitrous mixes with your fuel and you able to use a larger shot safely. Since I want a larger shot than a 100 shot I am considering getting a NX kit. But I'm sure the average CLer would be more than happy with a 50-75 shot. Again Zex is a great kit and I'm sure everyone on this board that has one would agree.
Good luck with your group buy.

They are on the way Monday!
Thanks for participating everyone... I have the kits on order, they ship out Monday and arrive here (Wisconsin) sometime later in the week.
We still have one kit left, and a couple purge kits and remote bottle openers. Contact me if you need something.

Thanks,
Thomas

Everybody talks about Zex and NX for their 4 cylinders, but nobody speaks of any kits for the 6 cylinders.
I am looking for someone with first hand experience with either kit, either brand, mostly with the 6 cylinder.
Anyone with that kind of experience???

actually the question is, how many of those people still have their cars.
nitrous is sooo tempting. although id probably use it for decoration in my car and never really use it.
