Windshield washer nozzle - cleaning

If one of the windshield washer nozzle is "limp" (passenger side), is that probably due to a clogged nozzle? At first inspection, I did not see any visible clogs, ie. wax. I haven't looked at the hoses yet because it's under the hood insulation. Or is this the pump itself? But the driver side is fine.

use a safety pin or sewing one and poke through holes first before you do anything major

It sounds like your nozzles are clogged. Try what swclown suggested. If that doesn't work try blowing compressed air from inside out (unconnect the hoses from inside and blow out of the nozzle). Watch out, crap will come out of the nozzles.
