Steering Wheel Wiring Help

Had to change my clock spring on 99 CL Prem 3.0. Having a problem with the wiring i.e. Horn wire and wires going to stereo pin and plug.
A. The horn wire is red with a black plug (female)
B. There is a black wire with black plug and a metal lead plugged into it. As I recall this plugged into horn wire.
C, There is a black wire with white plug (female). I am not sure where this goes. It is an add on wire from the coming from the grey plug that goes into the stereo controls on the steering wheel.

I got the Clock Spring from another vehicle and the only difference between the two is the colors of the plugs on the ends of the wires i.e B. was White and C. Black. I switched the metal plug on the receptacles to match the original wiring.

What is throwing me off also is the wire on A is very long and the donor car hookup was behind the steering wheel.

On other thing that is confusing me is there is an additional male terminal without a wire on the stereo connection next to the grey.

If you are familiar, please respond. Need to finish car in the next 14 days while wife is in Hawaii. I waiting to do my honey do list.

Thanks in advance.
