Should i remove the stock upper front sway and replace with a upper front strut bar?

I have an accord upper front strut bar laying around... i'm just wondering if it would be better to remove the stock sway bar and put the aftermarket strut bar in itz place???

I thought a sway bar was underneath the car while the strut bar was a tower bar and it went over the car??? why would you remove the sway? just add the tower bar

cseika: what drdre said, the sway is under the car and the strut is on top in your engine bay is you have another strut bar, if it is good and not cheap, i would put it on, the stock one works well and keeps it good but a aftermarket is always better. ou cant replace a sway with a strut bar

if you have the stock strut bar i would say keep it on instead of the accord one cause the stock one mount on the fire wall. and most of those adjustable ones you see on ebay flex alot and wouldnt really help unless you got it welded (the adjuster bolt). ones like the neuspeed stut bar are probably the most rigid.
