and SEARCH it people have discussed this b4, they have swapped RSX seats in, shouldn't be too much different cept for the brackets

The only thing with s2000 seats, is they don't fold forward, are you gonna have a backseat?

the most stolen seats around just dont steal mine!! lol

I think you should look into the RSX seats before the s2k's first though..like 97blackack said, s2k seats dont fold forward for people to get into the back. plus the rsx seats are alittle more bulkier (sp?) lol, s2k seats are kinda thinner, dont know how that would look in a CL.

s2k seats will fit just fine and they'll look great too. The only thing you'll have to do is have 2 small brackets welded to the existing bracket to accomodate the mount holes which takes all of 5 minutes with a welder. Ive done this mod several times and it works great. Think of corbeau forza's but in leather and just a hair thicker as well.

so the general consensus is that we should look into rsx seats instead of s2000? Has anyone used rsx seats or sat in them for that matter? Do they hold you in well?

A member on here did it a while back, I don't think he ever posted pics, but they'll def hold you in better than our seats

They look a lot like racing seats too

I drove a few rsx's and the seats are amazing. Really comfortable and they hold you very well. I'm pretty sure the some cloth RSX seats would be alot cheaper than leather ones and they are the same design.

I wouldn't give up my leather either,.. I just checked for the 06 RSX and the premium and type-S models have front heated seats,. not sure about 02-05 model years but I assume they would.

You would have to fab up a bracket to hook up the RSX seat mounting points to your CL seat rails, make sure to have theses brackets or mounts made by an automotive tech because if you build em yourself and get in an accident and the brackets fail, you could get suied or get in serious shit...

some rsx seats are a cloth/alcantara type material, and some are leather, and i believe only the leathers had seated seats. also the celica seats are pretty similar to rsx seats also.
