no matter what exhaust setup you get, your car will NOT sound anything like a WRX. Their wrx horizontally opposed engine and unequal header length cause that sweet sound.

I thought springs for lowering kits and headers were like 500+ =\ i guess i dont know where to look

Check out ebay for an intake. People will argue the aem's are better than the cheap ebay ones, but when it comes down to performance, its either you pay 150 or 30 for almost the same performance, and when I say almost, mean within 1-2+/- hp..
I got the Tein S Tech springs and they are now bouncy and rough as shit. I will be lookiing into some eibachs real soon. If I dont go the coil route, which I probably wont because I just got the kyb's. From what I have heard is that the Eibachs ride pretty nice. Hopefully.
If your gonna do your exhaust, look into headers as well. I have no idea which ones fit, because I have a 4 banger, but ya.. If your gonna do it, do the whole thing.

Intake (depending on brand) $30-$150
Exhaust (depending on brand) $120-$350
Headers $175 - $250
Springs (depending on what brand) $150-$275
Install and custom piping for exhaust $100
Prices vary so much because of brand, and whether it's new or used. But you can pick up a lot of the basics for what I consider cheap.
If you need help finding parts, let me know. I can look at other sites besides ebay for you.

its not that the wing is mounted wrong... its just mounted on teh wrong car!..... then again... is there a rite car to mount that thing on??? 
anyway... if u look at ur trunk.. ull see that our trunks are at a slope, so if u mount a wing like that on it, it would angle upward causing LIFT and not downforce like its suppose to.
i would remove it and put the stock wing on there instead... but thats just what i would do
