New guy w/ some questions

Hello to all!

I got my 97 3.0cl everything worked fine for the 3 months I have had it.

Now my check engine light came on and I pulled the codes

P0700 (transmission system control malfuntion)
P0740 (tcc circuit malfunction)

I'm taking a wild guess but my tranny is probably f***ed right?

Yeah your tranny is on it's way out, I would take it to a tranny shop and see if they can salvage it for cheap

I know how to clear the codes I was wondering if there was something I could fix to clear them.... I'm taking it to a shop this week to get it checked. I'm just hoping it doesn't cost me both my arms and legs.
