IN need of help with my ‘97 Acura cL

Hello, I’m have some sort of mechanical issues and would love some insight why so I can fix the problem, It keeps loosing most if not all power to like the windows, lights on dash, dash gauges, outer lights etc. and then engine bogging down then dying. The dealership were I bought it said they just replaced the alternator and I just put a new extreme power battery in it, please any info would be greatly appreciated. Not sure if it's the same problem, but that sounds exactly like the symptoms I had when my ignition switch was acting up. My car would lose headlights and power, and then the engine would cut off. I haven't had tha problem for over a year since replacing the ignition switch.

^Good point, there was a recall on the ignition switch on the 98-99's
