no, you didnt search. it's been discussed before, many many times.
yes, it's possible but expensive and time consuming.
buy a 03 CLS6 instead.
or H22 swap into you 1st gen.

You're going to have more problems being that your car is a 2.3 which means different motor mounts and mounting positions as well as a different subframe. But it can be done, an h22 or h23 or k swap would be much more appealing on a 4 cyl platform for you

Its been done, search the forum for Cocoa. Its harder for a 4 cylinder platform though as others said.
Why did u sign up with a name such as 2.3 fanatic if u really want to swap in a 3.2??

damn i'd love to do a swap from my F23A1 to an H22A, however my engine runs strong and its only got 181,000KM (113,125 Miles)
if it ever came to the point i needed an engine rebuild, i'd prolly opt for a swap
the k-series engine sounds very intriguing

lol @ "only 113,125 miles" haha. Honda motors FTW! Thats only about 1/2 of an F series motor, but i'd still consider a swap w/that mileage. Mine had like 136k on it when i pulled it out, and it was still running like a champ
