I am posting pictures tomorrow of my cleaned up car with my damn rims on it finally. I am going to try to finish my next set of low-budget mods while I have another day off from work.

yeah no pics still, my girl came over so i was indisposed Tomorrow (Tuesday) I promise i'll get pics up. Damn things are hard to aim, but they look fockin HOTT! I've gotten so many comments the first night I've had them on the car! I know everyone says this, but if you dont have HIDs, seriously consider buying them. The light they put out is just plain amazing. Plus you get a lotta looks. Keep lookin for pics!

install wasn't too bad, took me under an hour for both lights I used double sided tape for the ballasts, and i had to splice the wiring, no plug and play.

Well just because they look good in one car doesnt mean they will have the same color (assuming thats what you think looks good) in our car. Most of the color on normal bulbs (5000K or so which are usually stock in HID equiped cars) come from the optics of the headlight assembly and not the bulb. Some HIDs in non hid housings actually have a greenish hue to them My 'rents had a GS400 with HID and the lights had a much different color than blacuras plus they were probably brighter in those housings not to mention they had the cool auto adjuster that lifted the light beam up and dropped them down when you started the car in order to level it out

I'm glad mine are not green at all. They actually have the same color as they do on lexuses. I parked next to one and compared colors and it's pretty much an exact match. My beam pattern is jacked up though since the capsule in an HID bulb is further back than the filament on a halogen bulb. I still keep having to aim them better, some day i'll get em right
