i posted this in electronics too, but my hazard button doesn't light up when i turn the headlights on anymore, after installing a new deck, any reason why/ any quick fixes/ how much does a new hazard button cost? the button doens't light up in the console area, but my turn signals and hazard lights all work, its the red light of the hazard button

the bulb may have burned out or maybe a loose connection, take it out and look the bulb

yeah it sounds like the little bulb. Just pull out the button and undo that little green phillps head looking thing. That is the bulb holder.

ook, where would i buy a new bulb replacement from?

that one i can't tell ya, they are speacial, they have the really long leads off of them. Acura/Honda?

hmm....you thikn they would sell the bulb replacement, or would i need a new hazard light button in general

i would think they would sell just the bulb, i mean if they didn't that would be a rip. Mine went out too, but I was able to use one of the bulbs that i pulled from the cruise switch when i did a half ass LED retrofit.

HOLY RESURRECTION! But i have the same problem right now... except it on and off... probably loose. I have an 06 that i bought in 07. Any remedies to this situation? it's probably loose but booo... =[

I just replaced one of these bulbs in my Cruise switch. Should cost 3 or 4 bucks from a honda or acura dealer.. whichever is closer to you. Pop the switch out, and the bulb/socket assembly comes out with a half-turn from a flathead screwdriver. Don't pry at it.
