ENGAGE MY VTEC BABY!!!!!!
note that if you are going that fast you should have z rated tires or v but z if you are anything over 125 you can blow the tire out if you have a less rated tire, i have seen it happen personally i used to work for big o tires but i have reached 132 in mine, i have a 97 3.0 but i know i could still gain more speed cause it was still wanting to go more.
KulCL3.0- hey man you got it up to 145-150, doesnt our gauges only go up to 140 DOH! but its not possible to go that fast and i wouldnt recommend it if you dont have a bigger wheel than stock
has anyone ever had this happen to them:
i was driving and if i go over like a little over 120 my abs lite turns on but after a while it turns off if i slow down or in the middle of driving turn off the car to reset it real quick. but has anyone had their abs light turn on for going too fast? i was told by acura that it is the sensor in the wheel and it is going too fast and they car cant recogniaze the wheel still being there since the sensor is moving at such a high rate since you are going that fast.
for all you guys that do go that fast heres a proposition, you know if you are caught going over 100 mph on the freeway, the CHP is given the right to impound your car due to that you are a danger to the road and you can be given a ticket for reckless driving as well as the speedin ticket my buddy got caught this way he was going 130 in his toyota turbo supra going up the altamont in california and his ticket almost tripled in price from going that fast, but that is just my

Is it just my car or does the 3.0CL take forever to accelerate after 100mph? Once I hit 100mph and it switches over to 4th gear, the acceleration is horrible...

Keep the car in third, it's good to 120 or so. Then push it into 4th and keep on going.
One thing I also noticed, it was easier to get up to high speeds w/ my short ram instead of my CAI, don't know why though.

Nah, sometimes the car shifts into 4th at 100 mph. It all depends how into the throttle you are.
