forged pistons and rods

i have been looking for forged pistons and rods and all i can find is PAUTER RODS FOR A 2.3 and RACE ENGINEERING pistons for a 2.2

i was wondering if f22 pistons will fit and bolt up to a f23 rod and work

i own a 98 2.3 looking for real power

Im wondering if it would be truely beneficial to build the hell out of our motors being a single overhead cam and all. I would like to build a motor w/ some nice power so i might save up for a h22a
