Couple new pics..Couple of questions.

Whats up guys/gals I finally took a couple of quick pics of my whip..with the tint on new exhaust and my in dash dvd player. Next on the list is some intake, clear corners and some Led for the inside. My question is what intake to get..Ive read alot of threads, and ive always been a believer in you get what you pay for. But it seems as if alot of you have bought the cheap intake from ebay and popped a K&N filter on it and rolled with it? Also about the LED's where is a good place to buy some led's to light up the footwells?

I seen this web-site and seems to have some decent prices..the local auto parts store had some but like 27 bucks a tube !?!?

http://www.ledunderbody.com/index.as...FRUWsgodIg3EDA

Anyways here's a couple of quick pics i took. Enjoy and thanks !!

And well my camera is being a dick..Wont let me upload the pics of my indash dvd player so..ill post it later !!

nice muffler, you can get led kits from ebay for cheap. And an aluminum tube is an aluminum tube, I love my ebay intake, it's 10 times better than the "name brand" i bought

I agree with BlackAck.. I have a CAI and I love it.. Fujita though, it's not an ebay CAI but I hear that there isn't much of a difference... I personally think it's good though.

3.0 + CAI = MEAN BARK @ VTEC

I say go for it. It should run you about $45 on ebay. For a CAI, you can find those for under $200 for a brand name.

Look ok ? just get that slap a K&N and should be good to go? Im still wondering about some LED kits..I see this one and it looks like a pretty decent price considering other sites.

If you go for the cai, you may want to budget in $40-50 for a bypass valve just in case.

short rams will eat away at your clear coat.

I know this because I have a DS fender that is completely done and needs to be repainted, too bad I have Primrose, this is a 3 stage paint, if anyone doesnt know what that is, you have a base , then the pearl and then clear.

I think the short ram sounds 10x's better than a cold air but the damage it will do is not worth it. If you don't believe me I will send you pictures of my fender.

that doesnt even make sense, intakes dont affect your paint. especially if its under your hood and your clear coat is on the outside. your car is old and clear coat to start to get weathered after 11 yrs.

Ah the muffler is just a performance muffler from a local shop lol =/ Sounds good to me and didnt cost me an arm and a leg. But i might just wait on the intake..save for some wheels and a drop. Thanks for all the input..

rims make the drop pretty..haha..that totally doesnt make sense but thats how i always describe dropping a car before getting rims.

anyway...i didnt like how my flipout blocked a lot of the climate control which is why i sprung for the double din. how are you liking your flipout? how much did it run you

Well i caught it at HH gregg for 300 bucks..I may go back and make a new bracket to mount the radio at the bottom instead of at the top. Im really liking it tho but as you said it does block the climate control a bit.
