Car Cover

I am considering getting a cover for my CL. Does anybody have one? Your thoughts on it would be appreciated. The more the better. I definitely need it for the winter, but am concerned about moisture that can get trapped underneath the cover. Thanks.

Mines always under a cover- unless I take it out to wash it!! I just got an s.u.v. cover- on sale. No problems with moisture underneath. But bugs and insects seem to always take cover underneath- better thatn tree sap or water spots though. Just don't buy a cheap one!!

What exactly do you mean about not buying a cheap one? I have seen ones on the internet from $120 to $300. Is there that much of a difference?

some have more layers- some are for indoors-some are for outdoors- there are cheap ones which don't have a very soft surface that can scratch the paint-jsut read the description of the cover and you should easily be able to find one that will work- good luck- check on e-bay!!

There are ones that repell moisture and some that are pretty much just dust covers, be careful what you buy. I spent over a $100 on a cover for my bike when it sat outside sometimes, turns out it wasnt even waterproof.

I have one from California Car Covers and i love it. They have tons of different fabrics and they fit like a glove Im not sure what there website is but i can look it up or give you their number if you like.

Yeah, I was on the California Car Cover site, and I am definitely going to do business with them. The Stormweave model sounds good.

This forum is my GO TO PLACE now that I just purchsed a sweet little '99 CL. Ordering her CCCC (California Car Cover Co.) now!
