Hmmm, I called a locksmith a few years ago when I locked the keys in my car; the locksmith had the door lock picked inside of a minute.

weird! i used to lock my keys in my truck all the time! sometimes even running!
the "auto-rescuers" always used the airbag type tool to prop the door open and reach in with a long stick with a loop at the end to get the lock.
i even inquired about these tools and they said that you need an insurance license in order to buy.

Yeah, I did the whole locked my keys in the car when it was running; not one of my smarter moves.

Hmmm, I wonder if there are different classes of locksmiths, some use the airbag tool, some use more of a James Bond technique.

I've always used my insurance's free "auto Rescue" , so that might be why...

and with the TL, i can honestly say I've never locked my keys in my car!!
so embarrassing!

maybe because I do have a second set, just in case...with my Dodge, I dont think I had a 2nd key
