97 Acura CL: What is this part?
 

Trying to figure what or where this goes..pretty sure it’s number 4 in the parts diagram but I’m not sure...it’s connected to the drivers side under dash fuse panel..please help

to be honest, you should look under the dash for an open connection that you can connect it to..
there will only be one harness in the very short vicinity, look for it. then connect it, and you're done.

Thats the first thing I did and there is no spot for it...if u look at the plug it looks almost like a fuse plugs into it..any other ideas????

It's probably the stock wiring for the fog lights. It looks like you're missing the fuse which means that you probably don't have that feature
