i dont see why they wouldnt work 
unless they changed something with the 98+ accord 3.0
all years are the same motor and all are OBDII. the engines never increased in size.
call dennis and see if you can take his out to compare.

i dont see why they wouldnt either rick, thats a good question. do you need a new one? why do you want to change yours out? 1gencl good idea get another and compare the 2
