The circuit board on my climate control burnt up, so I bought a new climate control panel. Still had no power with new unit. After looking at the Acura workshop manual, it says to test for power at the #1 pin on the 12p connector. It does not have any power, but, the #8 fuse in the kick panel has 12v at the fuse socket and the fuse is new. I’m unsure where to look from here. I have a schematic of the wiring , but am not sure how to follow it.
