I am the owner of a 06 TL AT ( suspension mods ). I just cannot get myself to like the TLX. The transmission has a very unnatural feel to it and shifts erratically with dead spots. I think it was a terrible mistake to drop the TL and claim that the TLX is the " best of both worlds ". I couldn't understand why acura choose to do this. I've concluded it was for economic reasons IMO. If they don't create a true performance version, I will drop out and consider the 2016 Infiniti Q50. Why they always fight the public and not give them what they want is beyond me. It kinda reminds me of Lexus's philosophy with their mainstream cars ( and all the Japanese cars to some extent). Lets make it sporty, but just a little. Grandma and grandpa may not like it.

probably no need to express your feelings, as everything you've said has been said already....
there are even countless TLX and TLX type-s threads, why not contribute to one of those already in play???

Why should I not be entitled to express my feelings and disappointments. If you don't want to contribute some commentary fine, it's your choice. Why did you respond at all in the first place ?

Unless of course you are driving a right hand drive, then shifting would be best done with your left hand. I suppose that there are car enthusiasts in those countries as well.

You sound like you know what you're doing, you should start your own car company. Give the people what they want.

Or you could just make it easier on yourself and just move onto another manufacturer, you seem to already have one in mind.
