TLX test mule with widened rear axle, and fender flares spotted

I wish we knew a date I am hearing all sorts of crap from dealers like the Type-S will not be in year 1. I may pull the trigger on a Modern Steel / Red leather ASPEC AWD this week, but was also looking at a RLW Hybrid. If I knew a Type-S were 1 year out I would do the TLX since I won;t take such a killing getting out of it in 18 months, but if the Type-S is 2 years away then I might do the RLX. Decisions, decisions.
As us both being heavy tech guys, it was one of the most frustrating aspects for me outside of the suspension issues, especially for a car commanding the price that it does.
I'd stick it out with the TLX. Good luck bud.

As much as I'm still prepared to leave the brand after the disaster that was (is) the RLX, I've come to really enjoy the smaller more nimble size of my ILX. If they can pull off a great update for the ILX by giving it the same luxury improvements that the 19' RDX got, I might see myself deciding to stick around.
