Didn't realize the '18's had a way to notify you with the hazard lights when you're putting air in your tires when you reach a "correct" pressure. I don't see a way to manually specify the PSI you want to fill your tires to so the Tire Fill Assist system will notify you at the setting you want and not what Acura considers optimal. Any one know how? Manual doesn't seem to have anything about customizing the settings.

It’s called Tire Fill Assist. All TLX’s will give you visual and audible alerts to help you adjust the tire pressure to it’s appropriate level. Here is how you do it. You are correct, it is not in the owners's manual.
Follow these instructions exactly.
Vehicle running. Shift into Park and Turn the vehicle off. Then turn vehicle on (Not started). The assist system is now activated for 5 minutes.Attach the air hose to the valve stem and begin to fill the tire.
While inflating, the system beeps and the hazard lights flash once every 5 seconds as tire pressure changes while below the correct pressure.
When the correct pressure is reached, the system beeps and the hazard lights flash continuously for 5 seconds. Stop filling the tire.If you overinflate, the system beeps and the hazard lights flash twice every 5 seconds. Even with the above, I still prefer to use a nice and accurate dial tire gauge.

Thanks. I know how it works and it is in the manual. I was just wondering if there is a way to change what the "optimal" PSI is set to by the system? Can I change what the PSI is set to when the system tells you to stop filling the tire.

NEver knew the car had this, but then I always run my tires at 36-37 so it would never kick in or be helpful for me. I check the MID PSI every day so unless something nasty happens I am usually ar ahead on keeping tires inflated properly.

I totally forgot about this feature. Then again I always use a tire pressure gauge so never had any use for it.
