Removing rear seat

does anyone know how to remove the rear seat cushions in a 2018 tlx Aspec? I had my Coilovers installed and it is too bouncy so I want to adjust the dampers. The shop told me I need to remove the early to access the adjustment knobs but i have no idea how to do that.

Any help is appreciated.

There are access panels behind the rear seat backs. Fold the seat backs and pry the square plastic covers - you will then be able to access the top of the dampers.

thank you for the info. I found the panels and was able to make adjustments. It couldn’t have been easier.
