Look the car over with a very sharp eye for any imperfetions - take your time and don't be rushed

If you've not driven a car with this much tech on it be prepared to get used to driving with an electronic co-pilot. ACC, collision mitigation (along with flashing BRAKE! lights), cross-traffic, lane departure - this is all really cool technology, but if you've never had this much "input" in your driving it may take a little while to get used to it.

Also if the dealer is going to pre-set driver preferences, make sure they use your fob (and not driver 2) as settings are unique. Also double check the settings yourself. I've gone back 3 or 4 times now and tweaked settings (lane departure width for instance).

Oh, and turn off DTS (audio settings).

Nope. I've found that 9/10 times it makes the sound very unnatural. Also, if I understand it, DTS can decode 5 channel music, but normal stereo isn't encoded 5 channel, so maybe I don't have any source material that "shines" with DTS.

The setting is Audio Menu > Sound Settings > Scroll to bottom and there sound be the option to enable/disable.

It is personal preference. I wish there was an easier way to enable/disable without digging into menus.
