Question Lease Deals on the TLX V6

After being 13 months away from my last Acura (which I dearly miss), I'm back in the market. Trying to see what best option I have to get rid of my current lease on the Accord (heading to car max in an hour). I would like to know what lease deals have you guys got recently on only the TLX V6 models only.
For comparison, these are the current competitor deals me and my friends have found:

GS350 F type 27 months 15k miles per year $1000 inception $529/month
Infiniti Q70 Sports package 39 months 15k miles a year $629/month

Both deals include the 6% FL tax. I just mentioned 15k miles cause thats what my friend is looking for but I'm OK with 10k miles cause I know I can always work with a little bit of excess mileage at the time of returning the car.

Acura is already advertising 0 down 0 due at signing 38 payments for a 39 month lease on the V6 base TLX $390+ tax

I will be trying whatever trim level the best I can get for $500/month including tax at 0 down. I know I can get the Tech package easily within that price MAYBE the Advance package ??
Also, if anyone thinks he has gotten a crazy deal on the ShAWD models, please let me know.
Thanks in advance guys !

Ok So here is the deal I got so far

V6 Tech 39 month lease 10k miles per year Sign and Drive $465 FL Tax included.
If I add the following accessories:
Fogs $900 inst.
Spoiler $550 inst.
Aerokit $2000 inst.

payment is $562 FL tax included.

No Negotiation done yet. This is what the guy has offered.

Now the negative I want to keep that as a separate conversation:
Accord ExL payoff amount: $24500
Carmax offer: $20k
Acura offer: $21K
My demand: $22k

Guys, I would appreciate anyone can guide me on the prices being offered for the lease.

You can do better on that GS350 F Sport lease... also look into MSD's if you have the funds. The forums at Edmunds.com are excellent for lease info, the mods there are all on top of the Residual and Money Factors. Equipped with that info, plus the prices paid posted by other members on there give you some leverage when negotiating. Don't let them just give you monthly payments, make them break it all down. I was able to get mine for about a $150 less than the original price offered by the dealer. And don't be afraid to shop around, I went to Va to get my new car lol. Good luck!

I almost forgot, RidewithG has great lease calculator, if you're interested in working your own numbers. http://www.ridewithg.com/calculator/index.html

Thanks for the response. I'm not looking to get into the GS deal as frankly there are so many in South Florida. My local dealer is selling about 1400 cars a month with 60% of them being the IS and GS. But could you please share what kind of deal do think might be good for the GS ? Also, what is MSD ?

I can understand that, I've only seen one F Sport in my area. I wouldn't be able to stand it if they were everywhere. I got mine for $480 (27/12k) and no money down. I did however do MSDs (multiple security deposits). It's basically a refundable deposit that you can use to pay down the Money Factor. It's better than a down payment because it is refundable and if the car is totaled it's not lost (never put anything down on a lease). You can do a total of 9 and each one reduces your MF buy .0008. Say if your payment was 500/month (before deposits) and you do 9 deposits totaling $4500. That would drop your MF by .0072, and that a nice chunk of change.

Edit: I'm assuming that the GS you're looking at is RWD, mine is AWD which is more expensive to begin with.

Thanks for that information on MSD's. I will be negative $2500 - 3500 on my current car so I can't really think of MSD's currently. The TLX I'm looking at is FWD. Don't really need AWD in South FL

BlueAc....Good job at explaining the MSD. I do the same on all my lease and have saved a good 2% on the lease rate in Canada which is better than most GIC would offer anyway.

Got a quote from another dealer for $539/ month including taxes sign n drive. Right now, im just dealing on the phone with dealers right now. Want to give them the MSD shocker when I sit with the dealer who offers the lowest price.

You don't do MSD's with Acura Financial, that is an old school and unnecessary waste of cash to lower high rates when the rates are already extremely low with AFS. No need for such a bizarre thing to do, with the rates.

The TLX V6 lease programs are incredible right now with the cash on V6 FWD models. Coming out of your Accord lease early will always be some negative, as there are a lot on the market trying to get out early, and the lease term is early.

Keep in mind too, accessories including something as pricey as the body kit will always raise your lease cost significantly, unless you must have them.

Good luck, and make a quick deal, not a tough one

Acura in January lowered the interest rate in many of their leases in order to increase their lease penetration which has lagged the other luxury brands. So yes this is a good time to lease Acura models.

Thanks ! FWD.
I did test drive both models though but honestly I didn't feel the need to pay extra for AWD here in S.FL plus the extra fuel costs. And honestly I couldn't tell much of a difference between the 2 while test driving.
