Lease Deal on a new 2018 A-Spec - is it a good deal?

These lease numbers seem outrageous to me, I leased my 2015 TLX base V6 for $350 with $0 out of pocket,
$500-$550 a month for an A-spec, seems very high to me.
Nice car yes but not worth that kind of premium in my opinion, to each their own I suppose.

I cannot remember the money factor, but my dealer is quoting me $535 a month for 12k miles per year, to lease a 2018 A-Spec. The only thing I have pay upfront are DMV fees. He's just waiting on me to say that I'm ready to purchase. Then there's the waiting game for the ever elusive AWD, A-Spec, that is Still Night Blue Pearl and Red Interior.

I'm paying $339/month for 36/12k with remote start installed for my 2016 base V6, nothing was due at lease signing but first monthly payment, 6% MD taxes for the entire selling price rolled in. For me 1% of MSRP is top number for monthly payment, however, it can't be reached for any car.

Here is the trend I am seeing in NJ:
Sticker = $45,750
$2,500 due at signing
$438 a month for 36 months
10K mile lease.
Credit 720 and above.
Add AXIS premium wheel & tire protection and all scheduled maintenance and payment comes up to $479
Share what you guys are seeing/doing, please.

Forgot to add the residual I think was $27k even
I also seem to remember the selling price going down to $39,880 or something close to get that lease deal I posted above.
This seems like a fair deal but not the best or is it?

My A-Spec/SH-AWD/Tech deal was CONSIDERABLY better
$480/month/36 months/ZERO down, except DMV fee's, & 1st payment
INCLUDES, ALL TAXES, BANK FEE'S, WHEEL LOCKS, ALL SEASON MATS, SPARE DONUT TIRE, & INSTALLATION, & BEST OF ALL TIRE & WHEEL INSURANCE!
I know it's a great deal, because I priced it out in Florida, & they were $100/month higher, with $2,500 DOWN
Worked out VERY WELL; WIN WIN
BTW: Car is the BEST ACURA of the 7 I've leased

never put more than $1000 down, since if the car is stolen or totaled you never get that money back
What is the Money Factor
What are the residuals
What was your cap cost?
What state do you live in? What were the fees?

I just signed my lease for 550 a month for 36 months (10K miles) with only 550 down (first payment) on the 18 TLX A Spec.
The sales price was 37800 but I had about 2K in negative equality on the truck I traded in. Total price if I were to pay it off now with neg equity is 40500.

Fountain Acura, Orlando, FL - 2018 A-Spec FWD MSRP $43,750
36 month lease @ 12K miles/year: $3000 down, $394/month
Returned my 2015 TLX V6 Tech lease (5 months early) and received exact same cash down and monthly payment on the new A-Spec. Only difference was miles allowed. 2015 was 15K/year. However, I was under my miles and they rolled over 11K to the new lease, so I essentially have 15,666/yr.
My sales rep from 2015 contacted me to return my lease early to get into a new car, referencing an Acura Exchange program. Told him I wanted the A-Spec (black with red interior) with the same payment and he worked it to the dollar. Regarding the rollover miles, I technically only paid for 38,750 miles (31 payments), but Acura gave me credit for the full 45,000 when calculating the rollover amount. Great experience once again at Fountain. Couple emails, visited the dealer for about an hour the next day and rolled out with the new A-Spec.

Honestly, it is quite a bit different. A lot of the exterior is new (hood, lights, grill, front bumper, fog lights, rear valance, etc.) The ELS systems sounds much better in the new car. I notice the car is quieter and generally feels more solid than my 15. Definitely handles better, but that is most likely due to the A-Spec adjustments to suspension and the larger wheels/tires. Infotainment system is generally an upgrade even though the NAV is essentially the same. Touchscreen is more responsive and everything responds quicker. Let me know if you have any specific questions on comparison between the 15 and the A-Spec.

Best of the 7 Acura's I've owned since '98
Had the 2015 TLX SH-AWD, as well as 4TL's, & a CL
This car's a winner!

No No No No your dealer has a mask & a gun. I had better numbers when I leased the 2014 435 @ $63K MSRP. My $5000 up front was in the form of a MSD which i got back at the end of the lease along with cash for unused miles against 12,000 miles a year for 3 years. Monthly all in including taxes etc was $550 direct withdrawal.

Anything below $500 per month in my opinion is a good deal for a TL ASpec AWD .
Just one note - it is generally not advisable to make any advanced payment on a lease since if the car is stolen or totaled somehow else you would lose the initial payment.
Some people even refuse to make the first month payment at signing.
You should not worry about this much though. The chances of the above actually happening are virtually nil.
I've been leasing my cars since 2001 and never had any of them stolen or totaled.

For a $45,750 TL ASpec AWD $480-$490 per month is a good deal. For the same amount of money you can probably get a $55K BMW 340 xDrive.
But if one likes Acura better he will not be interested in a BMW even if the latter represents a better deal on a lease.
BTW a $55K BMW 340 will not have any advanced tech options the ASpec does.

BMW leases are cheaper but it does not make any sense to compare a BMW to an Acura lease unless one is interested in both makes are is choosing between them.

Not sure how as $55K 340 matches but this is what it would have.

OPPS Double Counted the Premium ^ Executive packages are include in the Luxury Tier price of $54950
So you would have $54,950, Driving assist Package $500 & Delivery $995
Total $56,445 or $1645 over budget before discounts & incentives.
Think most of the tech is in there
Active Driving Assistant is comprised of Important safety features. Frontal Collision and Pedestrian Warning with City Collision Mitigation provides limited-force automated braking within low speed situations. Lane Departure Warning employs a camera system which monitors road lane markings. Anytime the vehicle begins to move across a lane marking without the turn signals activated, this system vibrates the steering wheel. Correct operation is predicated on clear lane markings that are not obscured by rain, snow or other masking factors.

Took advantage of the Pull Ahead program as I had 5 months left on my lease but only 750 miles left before I went over. 2019 SH AWD Advance package, zero down (1 month payment), 36,000 miles, white with espresso interior. $564/month. I didn't haggle at all - just went in and essentially traded out (and up from my 2016 TLX SH AWD). Good deal or not, it works for me.
