Hi All,

It seems my 2018 tlx sh-awd tech Aspec doesn't like my new Kingstone 32G usb key, before i used my old 4G usb key there is no problem. I tried re-formatting the 32G usb key with FAT32 and exFAT but still same error, the screen says unsupported. Any idea?

Try using the program "guiformat" found on the web to format the card.

Guiformat was able to format a 64gb flash card for a dash cam for me

but my situation is that the car usb port doesn't regonize the usb key not the dash cam. I think it is different.

I've found the jump drives from Microcenter brand USB 3.0 are the fastest. Some of my other jump drives give problems. I've been using a yellow 128gb for over a year now with no problems. FAT 32 format.

It seems that the USB key has hardware problem, now I try another 32G usb key, it works as expected. Now everything looks fine now ：）

that's not what i said...
use the program to format the card....
some hardware like my dashcam and maybe your radio will only accept a true formatted card by using GUIFORMAT

I had issues with using a 32 gig USB key. Tried formatting it to FAT32 using different software but always had issues. At one point, the usb key worked for a week and then started giving me "unsupported" messages. I now use a 16 GB formatted at FAT32 with no problems.
