Base and Aspec Computer difference

hey guys does anyone know if the ECU program is different from the base v6 and the Aspec fwd?

V6 FWD to V6 FWD they should be the same. Aspec is trim & suspension.

I Think the steering ratio is the same as well and only the awd version has tighter steering modification With a better suspension.

Look up the parts number on one of the Acura oem parts sites. If part numbers are the same, there is no difference. I have a feeling this is the case, but it's always worth verifying.

the ECU look the same but it may have a different program for shifting. i can get a base model V6 for a good price but if i decided to get an asepc i may just make the jump to the advanced model.

Im guessing that the programming is different, hence the difference in mpg?

Part number for the 2018 TLX V6 base ECU is.. 37820-5J2-C53

Also fits: ADV (V6), TECH (V6), TECH+A (A-SPEC RED), TECH+A (A-SPEC)
