B Pillar Plastic Removal

Anyone have a write up of how to remove the b pillar plastic? I have the annoying buzz should coming from the seat belt. Any help would be appreciated.

See here. You need to be extra careful as there are tons of SMS-related components in there.

I meant SRS... pre-tensioners, etc.
