ACURA TLX year end Lease Deals

Its that time of the year and some dealers are heavily discounting certain TLX trims to move them off the lot. One dealer in my area is giving crazy deals on 2019 TLX upto $10K off mrsp if leased via Acura Financial. Of course there is a catch that its only for the A-Spec trim only & you need to be qualified for the loyalty rebate. Either ways, sounds too good to be true. So i wanted to reach out ask if anyone has recently gotten into a TLX lease , what are the current Incentives & your monthly payments (assuming 0/0/0/ out of pocket) for 10/12K miles 3 year lease?

Thanks

I signed $35k sale price on AWD Aspec Red with msrp of $45795. I have a week to return it and I might for the Q50. Not sure.

For a $43,795 MRSP TLX A-Spec, I was quoted for a 3 year lease with 12K Miles $450 (With 0/0/0 out of pocket) 6.25% tax included (Residual is $22,773.48)

Not sure where the $10K+ discount off MSRP if leasing goes into this equation.

Wait! You signed the lease and took the car and you can return the car after a week if you don’t like it???
Also you got $10K off?
I never heard of this before... lucky you!

There are lots of lease calculator sites on the web you can plug your actual numbers in to figure out your discount. Suffice to say with the payment, interest rate (or money factor) and residual amount, you can calculate the actual "sale" price of the car. Just as a guesstimate, IF your residual rate is around 25K and IF your interest rate is 2.0%, the monthly payment at the full price would be $522. So with those numbers, you are getting about a 4K discount, assuming about $20 per month less per month for each 1K discount. Remember, you are never getting anything close to a 10K discount on a lease, given that the lease amount your payment is based on does not include the residual value. Seems like a pretty good deal.

People shoot for 1% of the price of the car in a lease as an excellent deal so you are very close to that.

Residuals are set and can’t be changed. Right now Acura is offering up to $2000 flex cash from dealer and incentives that are Acura to dealer. The aspec AWD is $4100 incentive and 53% RV on a 36/10.

Best MF is 0.00093.

I would like to hear your thoughts, as my '09 TSX is about due for replacement (lots of annoying bugs popping up) and I was on the fence about another Acura but the deals I am seeing are really making me consider it. BUT I get great deals on Infiniti through my employer with no need to haggle so that is an option as well; as of now I have not test driven either.

Do you have any more info on the loyalty rebate? I'm looking to lease this weekend but have only heard of the $1,500 flex cash and $4,100/$4,925 manufacture incentives. I initially looked at the 2.4L Tech but might look into the 2.4L Aspec if they both offer 10k off. So far I'm at 9k off on the Tech after just one day of emailing dealers. They're willing give the full $4,925 and $1,500 flex cash but are only discounting less than $3k as a dealer discount. I'm shooting for as close to 4k off as possible from the dealer on the Tech. Lease deals for the 2.4L Aspec are a little difficult to gauge since most people get the 3.5L and get over 4k off from the dealer alone plus 5.5k from the manufacture.

Do you know if the $2,000 flex cash is for certain trims only? I've only heard of the $1,500 when I was researching the 2.4L Tech.

The total discounts that the dealer advertised were 11.5K (that includes all incentives, loyalty rebates and discounts from the dealer) IF you lease an A-Spec trim vehicle (not valid for any other trims). If financing then the max discount they are offering is 7.5K

Not sure if this helps, but even with all the discounts an A-Spec with MRSP of $43,795 comes to $450/month with 0 down & 0 out of pocket for 12k/36.

impaul4 12-28-2018 11:20 AM

Incentives are $4100 to lease aspec and advance, $4925 to lease tech, $3900 for base.

Flex cash is variable and dealer discretion.

Leased 2019 TLX A-Spec SH-AWD with MSRP of $45,795 for 0 down, $450/month, 12,000 miles per year.

Does the $11,500 discount apply to the 2.4L Apsec or only the 3.5L?

I still don't know what the loyalty rebate is since I've only seen the flex cash of up to $2,000. That would put manufacture incentives at $6,100 ($4,100+$2,000). That would mean the dealer is discounting $5,400 on the Aspec. The most I've seen them discount on the 2.4L Aspec is around $4,500.

I leased a 2.4 Aspec in California a few weeks ago. MSRP was 40k, leased price was 34k. 36 months with 10k miles a year, $1200 down, $448 a month.

According to my calculations, the monthly would be $315 before tax on a 36/10k lease with a drive off of less than a $1,000 for registration, first month, and dealer fees. That is if the dealer is willing to sell the car for $35,900-36,400 and offer the full $4,100 lease incentive along with $1,500-2000 flex cash/loyalty rebate. I still have no idea what the loyalty rebate is since the dealers I've talked to said there's no such thing for leasing the TLX.

The $11.5K is ONLY on the 3.5L with A-spec package & is not being offered on regular TLX, else everyone would, be jumping on them!

I just got the 2.4L Aspec today since the dealer that I was initially going with ran out of the flex cash but didn't bother to call me and started avoiding me. I ended up getting the car for $37,000 with the full lease incentive of $4,100 and flex cash of $2,000 for a total of $9,500 off MSRP. It's going to be $329/month before tax with $1,000 due at signing for first month, registration, and tax on the flex cash. I called about a dozen dealers in my state on Friday and most were only willing to discount around $2,700 on the 2.4L Aspec before the manufacture incentives. That does make sense because invoice and the 2% holdback puts it between $2,600 and $2,700 below MSRP. I have no idea how someone can get $11,500 off the 3.5L. It would be hard even if it was the 3.5L Aspec AWD since that would mean they got another $2,000 off for a car that only costs $5,400 more. That dealer must have really needed the sale to hit some bonus from Acura.

Let's just say I take some numbers with a grain of salt.
