When I bought my wife's '15 TLX Adv in Sept. '14 I also purchased the Acura Maintenance plan - covers cost up to 30000. The TLX has 26133 miles on it and I took car in for a minor service. Went to pick the car up and was told my plan had expired. The F&I guy did not tell me 3ys OR 30000 miles. I guess my fault for not reading the small print of the contract. I contacted Acura Client Relations and was just told too bad. In my mind if I prepaid (over-paid, of course, but wife could get car serviced with no hassle while I was away on work) service for up to 30000 miles then I should be able to get 30000 miles worth of service, not 5 oil changes in 3 yrs. At least throw in an engine and cabin filter in for good gesture. Anyway, word to the wise; read all small print on any contract before signing.
