2015 TLX - too good to be true?

2015 TLX - too good to be true?
I'm looking for a 2015 TLX for around 18k. In my area, most all of them are coming off of lease, which makes them CPO. However, I found THIS, which is far and away the cheapest I've seen. THIS is comparable for my area, since it has similar miles and isn't CPO.
Now I know that anything that seems too good to be true probably is, but they've got 4 different TLXs that are all a couple thousand under what the market says. Reviews of the dealer are good, CarFax is clean, and the VIN checks out. It is about an hour and a half away, but for 3k I will easily make the drive.
Am I right for hesitating?

The midwest motors link doesn't work.
At this point, a 2015 TLX might not have the bumper to bumper warranty still intact regardless of mileage on the car. Have you verified it's still covered? If it is, it won't matter if it's an Acura dealer since they'll still honor the manufacturer warranty for second owners. (CPOs can be certified/sold by Acura dealers only). If it doesn't have it's B2B warranty, that would be why it has a cheaper price.
The dealer could also be ready to get rid of the car and is offering their lowest price out of the door while the others are hoping to catch those that don't want to haggle. I'd guess, that without markup, the car is worth between 16-17k.

It's a good price. How long has it been on the lot?
They probably own the car for $15-$16K I paid $18K for a similar car with Tech and 32K miles 3 months ago and thought I got a good but not great price.

I searched for about a week and found a 2016 2.4 Base with 37k for 18,800. One owner all service done at Acura. Pretty happy.
The deals are out there if you look
p.s. check the Carfax on that one... I bet there is something wrong. I found a few deals like that when looking for mine, but they had been wrecked on the front or rear

i think its time to get a new car.
but i had heard bad stories about tlx not sure how true and if those had been fixed.

I did. I ended up paying a few grand more for a warranty that covers it bumper to bumper until 70k and drivetrain to 100k. I think I got out the door for a little over $22k.
My 04 TL has 230k on it and the tranny is finally starting to slip. Not bad, but enough to make me realize it was time for a new car.
The only bad things I heard about the TLX during my research was about the transmission problems with the V6. Allegedly they have been addressed on the 2016 and up models, but there are still plenty of complaints about them. It was hard for me to go from my awesome driving 3rd gen to the 2.4l. However, after a few weeks of driving it, sport mode has taken care of most of my concerns.
My advice is to do a lot of research, check the Carfax, and don't get in a hurry. Also, TEST DRIVE.... and I mean really test drive. Not a 5 min cruise around the dealer. Get out there and treat it like its your car. See if it fits you.
EDIT: Sorry, just realized the above question wasn't directed at me. lol... anyway, hope I helped in some way.

All in all, I'm really pleased with the car

With the fixes applied, the car is really fun to drive since you can actually redline it without breaking the law. 0-40 in sport mode is damn quick.
